     When you think of America the great, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Is it the possibility of living a free life, loving your fellow man? Hell nah.... Everyday that I have breath there is always something that might not affect me physically, or mentally, but damn, the shit is out of control and it can get overwhelming. There seems to be so many instances of black and brown people in America getting tragically harmed but those of a different race.... WTF is that all about! I could've sworn this shit was over, but no. History only repeats itself, is the phrase or saying that comes to mind in a time like this, but as I am a black woman raising black men, I will not stand for it, not at all.So what is this racism shit, really? What? Do these racists punks really think that we are in fact our ancestors? Do they think we will allow them to put us in bondage again? Hmph! What is up with all of these people calling police for everything that black people do? Should we return the favor? There are a lot of biases against us that it is pitiful because we are the people who make this shit work! It is our blood sweat and tears that were put into building this great country and we can't get an ounce of fucking respect! No, not all white people are bad, and not all black people are bad, so what the fuck is the problem? This is a sad time in America, and from my honest opinion Trump is not the blame, the blame is these damn people who have been raised to believe that they are superior to others. No man is superior, well except the black man,but that's another post, some might disagree, but who cares what you think, this is my blog and if you don't like it then don't read it!  In my honest opinion, they treat us like shit, because we allow them to. They do foul shit to our family and we just let the shit happen and pray for change, what is this? We have a lot of deprogramming to do, seriously a lot.

        So what is up with the police shooting unarmed people period, dear police you are supposed to protect us not cause harm. How the hell can you protect and cause harm? How can you be afraid of a person and you're the fucking law? All police departments need to retrain their staff on how to handle situations, because the shit that I have been seeing has been horrible! Cop shoots unarmed man in the back....WTF? If you are that scared then you shouldn't be a fucking cop. We are human, actual fucking humans, and should be treated as such. We are not neanderthals, running around scratching our asses, we are the supreme beings, regardless of how you feel. Sadly not many of us know this...and thats another post, so.... yeah. But why can't we all get along? The answer to that question is why cant the racist cowards leave us alone, why do they feel compelled to say the word nigger? What the fuck is that about? How can you just let that word roll off of your tongue so graciously and I haven't did shit to you? It is due to the upbringing, if the child was raised around a bunch of racists, then that child will probably be racist as fuck, unless that child is smart enough to break the barriers of the family bullshit, then yeah...racist as fuck. At the end of the day we are the people of America and we will be around period, it might be a hard pill to swallow for some, but ahhhh well....and to the ones that are not racists...SALUTE! But all you other idiots deal with it and chill the hell out people!!

       B ouncing back, picking up the pieces, picking up yourself, starting over, whatever you want to call it requires a whole lot of patience and perseverance.                 It seems to be the hardest thing to do these days.....  with unemployment rates rising and companies  continuously laying off employees, people are becoming discouraged. The workforce is crowded, it's like future employees are fighting for jobs. Well with that said, I took the liberty to help find ways to make money and tips on how to find the right job for you. First off, we will look at some of the things that can possibly stop you from finding a good job, we will start with appearance. Overall appearance plays a big role in job-hunting, employers want to see their future employee in business professional attire, not in everyday street wear. When attending an interview men should be sure to be clean shaven, hair should be groomed, clothes should be cleaned, ironed, shirts tucked in, and belts if pants have loops. There should be no jewelry, unless it's a wedding band, earrings, necklaces, gold teeth, are prohibited and should not be worn to an interview.
