My most awesome must haves!!!!

.... Recently I have noticed that there are a couple of things in my makeup drawer that I use more than others...so I appointed them to the must have category and decided to share them with my readers!!!! All of the things on my list can be purchased at any local store, my favorite eye shadow so far has been by Wet n' Wild. The colors are so bold and vibrant! I just love them, so I try to keep up with their eye shadows and so far the brand I use the most. I find myself not having to apply an under coat of primer on my eyelids for the color to stand out and pop, just right. I would have to give my awesome Wet n' Wild eye shadows two thumbs up!! If you want to check them out, you can find Wet n' Wild at any Walgreens, Walmart, and other stores that carry cosmetics. Here are the ones I love the most, from neutral palettes to bold and intense Wet n' Wild  can cover it I have had no issues with the products so far and truly don't plan on having any!!! ===>

So I texturized my hair!!!

It's been a long time since I put any kind of chemical in my hair... one day I decided to try a Just for Me texture softener on my hair to loosen the curls, thinking that all was peachy and it would still be natural and curly, I so thought wrong!!! As I worked through, my natural naps, I noticed that my hair was starting to straighten a tad too much. Even so, I still continued, onto those unfortunate times that made me remember why I didn't like chemicals in my head in the first place.....CHEMICAL BURNS!!!! Gosh I hated those things, and to feel them on my scalp for the first time in years, really made me rethink what I had done. No since in crying about spilled milk right, even though I am still upset, I did get what I asked for, manageable hair. So that I feel good about, the fact that I have no hair styles to put my hair in, is another story in itself. I still love my natural though and even though I have put a texture softener on it I don't feel like I have totally lost

Finding employment in Houston............

It seems to be the hardest thing to do these days.....  with unemployment rates rising and companies  continuously laying off employees, people are becoming discouraged. The workforce is crowded, it's like future employees are fighting for jobs. Well with that said, I took the liberty to help find ways to make money and tips on how to find the right job for you. First off, we will look at some of the things that can possibly stop you from finding a good job, we will start with appearance. Overall appearance plays a big role in job-hunting, employers want to see their future employee in business professional attire, not in everyday street wear. When attending an interview men should be sure to be clean shaven, hair should be groomed, clothes should be cleaned, ironed, shirts tucked in, and belts if pants have loops. There should be no jewelry, unless it's a wedding band, earrings, necklaces, gold teeth, are prohibited and should not be worn to an interview.
